GreasePoint’s ‘GreaseAlert’ is an exclusive Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) remote lubrication monitoring system. It proactively communicates with equipment managers alerting them to potential problems and avoiding catastrophic failures.
With a very flexible communication platform, GreaseAlert communicates with any brand of pump or controller with data output capabilities. With an IP65K rating, the monitor is suitable for On-Road Equipment, Off-Road Equipment, and Industrial applications. An IP65K rating provides protection against ingress of dust, high temperature, and high-pressure water – making GreaseAlert ideal for even the toughest applications.
GreaseAlert communicates to mobile devices or computers, warning of low lubrication levels or system faults. No special software is required, as system information can be accessed using a mobile device or computer.

Your Automatic Lubrication System will not continue to operate until this fault has been serviced. This is visually indicated on GreaseAlert’s display as a “LOW LEVEL FAULT ” and as well as on your pump display as “LL“. The fault will self-clear once the reservoir is filled and a manual cycle is initiated.

All assets are reported on a daily or weekly basis in a customizable spreadsheet giving a fleet view of which assets are in NORMAL MODE, which are LOW LEVEL and need either reservoirs refilled or a technician to address a PRESSURE FAULT condition.

This allows you to identify changes in settings, overview of pump normal runs vs faults, and impact from things like weather have on cycle time, etc. All information is stored in a cloud database for you to remote in and access diagnostics.
